Booking Faq

Customers can go to our Booking Page to order their Dublin taxi 24hrs a Day. Or visit us on your smartphone for instant bookings.

If booked for straight away please allow 20 to 30 minutes for your taxi to arrive. Peak times weekends and holidays, waiting time may be longer.

You will receive a confirmation email to the address provided in the booking, confirming your order. Your booking is not made until you receive this confirmation email. Please rembember to add us to your contact list to avoid our emails landing in your spam folder.

If you would like to cancel a booking simply reply to the booking confirmation email we sent you, Stating "Cancel Booking" and we'll do the rest.

We strongly recommend that you don't have your fare calculated off the meter, but customers may arrange to have an agreed fixed price with the driver. You will need to download a copy of our waiver form (pdf) which you must sign and give to the driver. Please retain a copy for your own records.

Your driver will meet you at the arrivals entrance soon as you come through customs. The driver will be holding a name card with your surname, Please make sure you provide a valid contact number in your booking in the event the driver cannot find you.

Yes we can provide a baby/child seat for your journey. In order for us to provide the right seat, you will need to state the childs age and weight when making the booking.
Rearward-Facing Baby Seat: Weight For babies up to 13kgs (29lbs) Approximate Age Range Birth to 12-15 mts.
Forward-Facing Child Seat: Weight 9-18kgs (20-40lbs) Approximate Age Range 9 months - 4 years.
